Aged 7 months in the keg before they put this keg on tap at the brewpub. Barely got a sample the keg poured so foamy. Settles to a clear gold with lots of clumpy white head. Nose has some dusty couch, lemon, some mild band aid, Brett B for sure. Flavor is weaker, malt, lemon... maybe some white grape. Watery finish. Lack of carb in the finished product likely hurt this.

Draft at the source. Cloudy bright yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of dusty, funky white pepper and hay. Taste is earthy and suitably funky barnyard. Delicious.

Location: Draft at Right Proper, 5/24/14, Rating #3700!

Aroma: It has a nice funky nose, some yeast/spice, and a nice amount of fruity hops as well
Appearance: It pours a clear orange color with a decent head and some lighter lace
Flavor: Flavor is along the same lines, funky and a little dry, yeast/spice, and some hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, leaning light, with a crisp mouthfeel, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: This was my favorite of the beers I tried at Right Proper (and I really enjoyed all the beers I tried, so that's a real compliment). This one really worked for me. It has a nice funky Saison flavor that goes great with the dry, hoppy bitterness.

Very good for style. Rocks that wonderful line between pale ale and saison. Call it farmhouse or whatever. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Bitter finishes with light sourness. Tap at brewpub.
