NEIPA w/ Citra and Sabro
Juicy New England IPA brewed with Citra and Sabro hops. Packed with citrus, tropical fruit and a gentle coconut note. Soft body, restrained bitterness and great drinkability.
Velvet Skyline is built around a proven hop pairing. Citra delivers bold citrus notes – grapefruit, lime and ripe tropical fruits. Sabro adds pineapple, a subtle creamy touch and its signature coconut character that makes the beer stand out. The body is smooth and full, supported by oats for a soft mouthfeel typical of the style. Bitterness stays moderate to let the hop aroma and juiciness shine. The result is a flavourful yet highly drinkable NEIPA focused on clean, expressive hop character.
Hops used: Flex extract, YCH 702 Trial Extrakt, Sabro, Citra Cryo

Can from Base Camp, shared with Hrabren and Ogi.Spicy lime and light coconut in the fresh aroma, lovely. Smoothish lean sweetish taste, some lime, buncha coconut, light wheaty-oaty body, low alcohol, warming, but gotta appreciate this hop profile. Low to no bitterness. Very good really!

C: murky light yellowish orange
N: pear, faint yuzu, white tea, faint coconut water
P: med bodied, lower carbonation, williams pear, faint coconut water, touch of lemon rind. Good overall, but could do with a little more zing (more hops).
