Limited Edition #72.
Centennial and Amarillo hops hit first – floral, pine and a crack of citrus cutting clean through. Underneath, Maris Otter, Vienna and Caragold malts lay down a smooth, biscuit backbone that keeps it solid and satisfying.
At 3.4%, it’s light on strength but big on character – crisp, refreshing and made to keep the good times rolling.

Just a very mild haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light bodied but somewhat ripe pale malts. Similarly the Amarillo and Centennial brings a bruised orange flavour along with smooth cooling pine. A light and mildly dry finish. Hmmm. This is like a step back in time to old school Bishop Nick. Every beer I have had from them over the last few years has been crisp, clean and bright. This one is quite ripe.

Rocky white head on an unclear golden coloured body.
Bitter & wet cardboard aroma.
Medium bodied, well carbonated with a foamy back.
Light malt, cereal, biscuit, wet paper & citrus tastes with a bitter finish.
