West Coast Pale
This pale ale, which you might remember from this last fresh hop season, is loaded with Mosaic, Strata, and Centennial hops. This time we’ve used our house ale strain to create a bright and snappy version. Brewed with a blend of 2 row, pilsner, and honey malts that lay the foundation for your taste buds. Sit back as cherry, pineapple, and berry jams creep in to your senses.

Hazy, pale tan. Fairly bright hop, lots of mosaic and centennial. On the palate, good body, nice bitterness. I'm liking the balance.

473mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice, bright, melony hops, light oily pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has clean, melony hops, some gentle tropical fruits, citrus, and biscuity malt. Dry, piney, and melony. Good stuff.

473mL can. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Biscuit malts, juicy melon, and dry, resinous pine on the nose. Flavour has dry, herbal pine character, melons, resin, and biscuit malts. Crisp and very drinkable; hops are a bit on the dirty side.
