Draft at the brewery during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear amber with a creamy, white head. Good stuff, some sweet bread, ripe citrus, mild toffee. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes sweet, with light bitter orange rind, simple bread. Tasty enough.

Dark maroon. Arona of ruby port. Taste is vinous, malty and strong. Tasty stuff.

Clear golden with a small off-white head and some lacing. Mild aroma of toasted malts. Flavors of toasted malts, chocolate with a mild bitterness in the finish

2014 RBWG At the brewery’s tasting room. Pours coppery red with an off-white head. this has a good hop aroma and flavor with moderate bitterness. Really good for an amber ale.

RBWG14 Trip Rating #12. Draft at Barley’s, Asheville during RBWG Welcome Dinner. Pours a clear copper color with a thin tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of strong caramel, toffee, stone fruits. The taste is berries, caramel, toffee. Medium bodied.

Draft - Hoppy and malty. Clear amber with a light beige head. Bitter and resinous up front with a sweet malty mid palate. Dry and bitter finish. Bitterness is a bit overwhelming.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a light bread note with grass and a bit of sweet grains. Flavor is similar with earthy dark grains and a bit grass with a sweet finish.

Rake @ pube. Pours a dark orange appearance with a thin off white head. Fairly sweet caramel aroma. A touch of spicy hops. Moderate to high bitterness. Earthy, cracker flavor. Bleh.
