This easy-drinking farmhouse ale is reminiscent of traditional European saisons, but with a few flavorful twists all its own. Using Golding, Sterling and Meridian hops results in a sweet yet lightly spiced flavor. This incredibly refreshing farmhouse ale bears the name of the farm to market road just to the south of where our brewery has proudly stood for over 100 years.

Smell of hops and malts. Orange colour, white head. Aroma of straw, paper, malt and a faint of hop. Fizzy carbon. Medium sweet with slightly watery textiure. Stinging palate.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-golden color with a large creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was tart and tangy with notes of citrus, yeast and pepper. The flavor was bitter and tart with notes of cardboard, yeast, citrus, pepper and vague spices. Medium length bitter finish of citrus and pepper. Light to medium body. Ok.

12oz bottle from Wegman’s, Buffalo, NY. Amber with a fast fading white head; herbal aroma; soft in the mouth with a vegatable taste and a sweet grainy body; and a dry herbal finish with a touch of spice. Not bad.
