Wild NZ Pilsner - Oak Foeder-Aged
Prism is our wild take on New Zealand Pilsner: the same NZ hop backbone, re-fermented with Brett. in our oak foeder to reveal new facets. Expect citrus-lime and sauv-blanc notes with a hint of tropical lift, clean mineral bitterness, and a bone-dry, persistent finish. The foeder adds depth without weight; Brett. provides subtle, elegant complexity rather than overt funk. It’s Seismic Shift seen through another angle.
Crisp, bright, and distinctly Southern Hemisphere.

473mL can, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of brett, a touch of oak, some gentle hop tang, and grassiness. Flavour is primarily a function of the brett, with a nice oaky foeder character, a touch of grassy hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Pretty brett-forward, not so hoppy; clean and well-structured. Good stuff.

Slight haze. Oh, this has a nice aroma. Good brett, some barrel accents, and a bit of pale malt. Got a nice bretty accent with a lot of tannins. Soft, sweet malt. I like the balance here. The hops have a bit of kiwi/vinous things going on.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry Brett, oak, and tangy NZ hops on the nose. Flavour is quite oaky, dry Brett, gentle citrus, and a vinous hop character. Brett is well-balanced with the hops and the foeders round everything out very well. Really nice Brett beer.
