A hazed blonde IPA with a thin white bread. In aroma, biscuit malt with light floral hops, restrained and smooth. In mouth, a biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, nice and sustained. On tap at brewery.

Location: Draft at Dandelion Market, 12/1/14
Aroma: This one has a clean grapefruit and pale malt aroma.
Appearance: It is cloudy and gold in color, with a white head, and plenty of lace.
Flavor: It has a light, clean flavor, lightly sweet, and medium bitter (finishes a little more bitter).
Palate: This one is fairly light bodied, with a soft feel, and a dry (late) finish.
Overall Impression: It drinks almost like a session IPA. The bitterness comes out really late, and not until it warms a bit. Still very solid stuff that I would happily drink again, and the way it sessions, it could be dangerous.

Draft at the source. Hazy straw yellow color, small white head. Aroma of bright citrus, light grapefruit. Taste is bitter and slightly tart lemongrass and pineapple. Nice.
