This rare and unique honey comes to us this year from south of the border. Fruity on the tongue, almost candy like with a rich, deep maple sugar undertone.

Sample at Standard Meadery. I was reminded the honey is all from mango flowers, with no mango fruit. Sample is very dark, with a kind of tart nose. Also a very dark honey taste. Even without actual mango, it has a fruit and honey blend in the taste.
