750ml bottle from HOTM, for #rgpm. Sparkling clear golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish with some tartness, perry peary, floral, fruity, elderflower, with zingy grapefruity citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
