An 8% Double IPA brewed with Tayte Ross and his ultra-fast glasses. A New England style beer with a serious hit of four of our favourite and most assertive hops – Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron and…. Sabro. We share a love for everyone’s “love it or hate it” hop Sabro so we’ve used it sparingly but it’s still oh so present. Tropical delights this one.

Pineapple & sweet tropical aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy with a sticky back.
Pineapple, weed, dank, melon & sweet tropical tastes.
Sure DIPAs are getting sweeter - this too much.

Murky deep orange to golden topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is ripe tropicana, grass, mandarin, grapefruit.
Taste comprises bitter orange, pine nibble, hop spice, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy to lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts bring a fairly forward creamy sweetness that just about stays the right side of being oversweet. Soft pine into good stone fruits, a little tangy. Sabro brings up the back end with slightly ripe pineapple, very mild coconut. Citra does its modern day job of backfilling and does it well. Apparently Mosaic also ran. Fun drinkable dipa.

Can at home picked up from Craft Metropolis. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is soft wheat, green lime, tangy green orange rind, juicy, creamy, wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creamy white grape, grape jelly, melon balls, firm bitterness, meaty green mango. Palate is semi sweet, juicy , creamy, moderate carbonation. spicy finish.
