There's no greater thrill than racing your T-16 Skyhopper through Beggar's Canyon. We teamed up with Emperor's Brewery to try and match that thrill with a Raspberry and Marshmallow Imperial Stout, it will go...fast.

Can bought at Borough Beer House, Farnham. Kreosote glossy brown. Frothy foamy tan head. Aroma has full-on raspberry with marshmallow sweetness. Underlying coffee. Flavourwise it's got initial mocha not entirely bitterness with a raspberry sour edge. Then sweeter raspberry and marshmallow appear. Boozy bite. Thick and creamy. Soft delicately fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. Good stuff, yep.
