750 ml bottle at the DC Local Tasting. Clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of apples, light funk. Tastes of apples, funk, light spice. Light body with a dry finish.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with zero head. Nose has plain old apple, green apple skin, mild honey, earthy notes. Flavor is tart, sweet, buttery, apple skins, white grapes. Clean finish. Not much "wild" about this.
