750ml bottle pours a clear gold with zero head. Nose has plain old apple, green apple skin, mild honey, earthy notes. Flavor is tart, sweet, buttery, apple skins, white grapes. Clean finish. Not much "wild" about this.

Labeled: Vermont Sapsucker Extra Dry: Apple nose, slightly vinegary. Clear yellow. Tart apple, mild sour cherry accent. Dry with surprising nuance.
