Saaz Shine je relativně nová česká chmelová odrůda, jež, kromě příjemně doznívající hořkosti a tradičního aroma žateckého chmele, přináší i lehký závan jemné vůně citrusů. Jako v podstatě jediný chmel jsme ho použili v předkládaném ležáku, spíše světlém a svěžím, ve kterém jeho rafinované aroma krásně vynikne.

Canned 500ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Clear yellow coloured, medium sized white head, bready and light herbal nose. Bready, herbal, light grainy and mild grassy touch in the finish. Dry and quite bitter finish.

500ml Can - Golden yellow with a foamy white head. Herbal aroma with noticeable yet subtle notes of citrus. A hint of grass too. The taste is subtly bitter and slightly sweet with notes of citrus and herbs.

Pretty good standard lager. Med-thin bod, light bready malt. Med carbo. Med bitter, low sweet, dry. Light grassy herbal hops. A bit too neutral overall, but easy drinking, clean.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2026. Clear golden body, lasting white head. Dusty, herbal, yolky aroma, classic Czech fare in a good way. Floral, herbal, bit yolky taste, the Shine maybe adding some soapiness along with the aforementioned niceness. Soft bitterness in the finish. Works! Would've gladly had more... but there were tens and tens of beers to try.
