Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2026, thx Danielle! Hazy golden-yellow body, didn't note the head. Rosemary, wormwood, basil and some yeastiness in the aroma. Ho-lee, I got that without spying on the ingredients! Yeasty, slightly "meaty" base, but well covered by the fresh rosemary-wormwood-basil herbal combo, mint showing up, tart, lean and dry, quite okay, but thrilled me less than I hoped it would, couldn't get over the yeasty presence. 7/7/7/8/7.5
Edit: Seems I had it again a day later, got a pour of it instead of Mistral looking at descriptions of Mistral. Didn't note the yeasty aspect then, noted the rosemary and others herbs/spices, more citric notes bit minerally and smooth. Liked it a fair bit more!

Tap at Prague Beer Fest. Funky, with like flowery meadow funk. Dryish, with highis carbo, super easy to drink. Med sourness, with a hint of acetic. Subtle herbal flowery notes. Complex, balanced, great.
