Cask at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2026. Black brown colour, beige foam head and aroma of roast malt, chocolate, black forest cake. Taste is sweet, roasty, malty, berry fruit hints, vanilla, black forest cake, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet cakey roasty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
