Simple in style but bursting with bright citrus, pine, and a cleansing bitterness thank to generous additions of Centennial, Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7 – all atop a lean base beer.

Can. Clear light amber with a modest white head. Aroma of citrus, breadcrust, weeds, some pine. Rather fizzy. Dryish with the slight caramelised edge giving way to pine and weeds. Citrus and maybe some peach underneath.Fairly bitter end.
