"Show Me" is our popular single hopped New England IPA series that rotates out a new hop each time around. Sharing the same grain bill this beer is nice and hazy with just enough body to not steal the "Show" from the featured hop. This batch we used WCHB-102. This is the latest experimental hop to come out of West Coast Hop Breeding's (WCHB) unique hop breeding program. 102 is best described of a combination of old school pine and resin, balanced with the more trendy sweet-citrus fruit flavors and aromas. Showcasing an intense aroma impact of apple and pear and hints of lime zest, melon and pine resin. WCHB-102 lends beers an incredible breadth and depth of hop character.
