Refrigerated 375 ml bottle poured into a white wine glass. Hazy golden. Aroma is rich sweet honey, medium body, and very light carbonation. Taste is rich sweet honey, tart lemon, some earthy, and floral. Great mead.

Bottle: Clear, still, yellow-gold... Tangy wood and honey aroma. Sticky honey, orange, lemon tastes.... Nice warming alcohol burn. Very rich and sticky. Wonderful taste.

Bottle (courtesy of weihenweizen). Woody, herbal honey aroma. Golden yellow with large, short lasting head and slight but long lasting effervescence. Sweet-tangy orange and honey flavor. Moderate carbonation. Very tasty.

Bottle at the RateBeer DC Tasting shared by Travlr, thanks Gene! Hazy yellow with no head. Aromas of honey and floral. Tastes of honey, tart notes, lemon. Light body with a dry finish.
