Our collaboration with Seattle’s pre-emminent hop masters Fast Fashion Brewing Fast Fashion Brewing has brought one of the most ellusive hops to Ireland that the Pacific Northwest has to offer; the wonderful Anchovy hop variety - only grown on Seagall ranch.
This meeting of mashes has ensured we’ve made the lightest base beers to really make its notes of watermelon, raspberry and pine shine, all complimented with a touch of Cascade.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Light pale malts manage to deliver a fair amount of creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. These weird and rather wonderful Anchovy hops dominate the hop profile. Light cooling pine into candy, light watermelon (honeydew) and light candyish red berries. Soft finish. Nice, could do with a little more hop punch but, Anchovy on full display here.

Hazed orange golden topped with a lasting slightly scummy looking off white head.
Nose is ripe tropicana, mandarin, guava, raw pineapple.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine resin, mandarin, papaya, grapefruit, light floral whisper.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid IPA.
