Don't lose your head over our new session IPA. Brewed on a super pale, gluten-free base but loaded to the hilt with Nectaron and Citra spectrum, this one really cuts through with the big flavours. The aroma is all fresh pineapple and grapefruit citrus, before the palate follows with bright, juicy lychee and ripe peach chaos. Low levels of bitterness throughout and a clean cut finish with hints of grapefruit back-notes, this one will surely make heads roll...

The last use of the Guillotine in law took place in 1977. 49 years later this guillotine named brew is a little bit drab with its tropical fruit, coming across more watery in texture and taste than it ought to.
