SchMATTerling was crafted with German floor-malted barley and German Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops. A partial reverse decoction mash was utilized to offer a distinct depth of malt flavor. The traditional Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops balance with the malt to provide a refreshing and easy-drinking beer with notes of bread dough, floral, spice and oven loaf.

Purposely unfiltered, un-fined and cold conditioned for 28+ plus days ensure maximum flavor, freshness and drinkability. Finished with natural carbonation for a clean, vibrant Kölsch profile.
