Developed on our 5-barrel pilot brewery, the beers in this series are a way for RRBC’s brewing team to develop new recipes, try different ingredients, and research brewing process techniques on a smaller scale. It’s also a way for Vinnie to get back to doing the thing that he loves the most–brewing beer!

Bright and pale, bubbly head. Weird mix of hops but of course the citra onion jumps out. Medium bitterness. Clean pale base. Typical RR structure. But lack of hop coherence.
Tell me a story besides “we wasted rare hops by burying them under citra" because that story is old and it sucks.

Bottle. Golden beer with a cream head. Floral and grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light floral flavor with light tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit linger.
