Can while on holiday in Saint Barthelemy. Clear pale golden color, white head. Aroma and flavor are hayish bitter and lightly malty. Nothing out of the ordinary, just your average pale lager.

Low carbonation, thin aroma. Taste is weak with distinct bread notes. Palate is similar to that of a pilsener, but slightly watered down. Refreshing, not awful.

Simply the best. Liquid nostalgia. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head and decent retention. Very good lacing. Clean, crisp, sweet light lager taste. Super refreshing.

12 ounce can. Can says brewed by the F&M Schaefer Brewing Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Pale gold color. Big creamy white head. Faint grainy malt nose is barely negligible. Thin watery grainy malt flavor(?). Notes of hay and lemon peel. Pale and sickly, as old American lagers go. Had to revisit this old friend from my youth. Meh! Stay away.

My dad knew someone who worked at the brewery, and when I was a teenager, he would throw parties for us and supply his beer, T shirts, and all kinds of party stuff. So I have to give it good marks for "impression" since it shaped my pubescent years. But as an adult I have put away childish things....

Location: Can at Thirty Acres, 4/5/14

Aroma: Standard pale malt, grain, and corn aroma
Appearance: It pours a clear pale yellow color with a fizzy white head
Flavor: Typical flavor of the "style" with sweet malts, corn, and some metallic notes
Palate: The body is light, and it has a thin, fuzzy feel
Overall Impression: Not a very good beer, but not significantly worse than most of its competitors, so it has that going for it at least.
