Draft. Ruby brown beer with a light tan head. Light malt aroma. yeasty, malty flavor with light bubblegum and very light darker malts. Medium bodied. Bubblegum lingers with yeast, spice, and malt. Not much too it - too smoothed over.

Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a copper brown color with a thin head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of banana, caramel. Taste is caramel, toffee, dry citrus, unripe banana and a slightly nutty and herbal hop finish. Medium bodied.

Draft at Sacramento Brewing. Very dark, but translucent, brown color. Decent little beige head. Rather malty, slightly funky, aroma. Medium body with mild carbonation. Seems to have a touch of vanilla, mild Brett, and rather spicey hop. Not so funky as many Euro saisons, but the style is recognizable. The color and malt are a bit shocking. Finishes less than dry, still astringent, and very pleasing.
