A blend of sharp and sweet apples from an orchard in Dinas Mawddwy, in the Dyfi valley. Light, acid forward blend. Almost still table cider, corked, pairs well with food.

A perlant cider named after St Tydecho’s sister, who travelled with him from Brittany and also lived on the mountain in Llanymawddwy.

Nose: Pear drops Taste: Red grapefruit

750ml bottle. Golden amber colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, flesh, fruit, funk. Taste is tart, juicy, appley, fleshy fruity, with some funk, wood, citric grapefruit, and drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
