750ml bottle. Golden amber colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, flesh, fruit, funk. Taste is tart, juicy, appley, fleshy fruity, with some funk, wood, citric grapefruit, and drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
