Can from Katrin at the farm. Orange with moderate haze, mandarine nose. Juicy citrus, piney flavor, just a little tropical papaya-ish background. Quite long lasting bitterness, it's pretty smooth though.

Can as pictured. Got this $2 can at chalet premier. Smell of sweeter flowery hops with a dull olfactory. Can't read date code. Big foamy head on a hazy pale brew. First taste is what it is; a big fat palate ripping bitter somewhat viscous IPA, am I chewing on green grapefruit rinds or what? Big intimidating alky penetrating brew. Whew. What else can be said? Bucket list? Quite rude in the end. Long palate wrecking finish. Not impressed.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Appearance is hazy yellow-orange with decent sparkle, two-finger width rocky off-white foamy head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong sweet and tart lemony citrus with melon over background mild caramel malt. Taste is moderately strong sweet lemony citrus, bready malt backbone and late bitter. Palate is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and long, dry, lasting bitterness. Overall, not complex but straight lemon citrus is somewhat rare, so welcome. Surprisingly strong hops given this wasn't the freshest (born on 1/3/19).

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/9/2017. Bit of a gusher can. Pours very hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/earthy/piney hops and bready malt flavors; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus rind, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, cracker, biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/earthy/piney hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.9%. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/earthy/piney hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Very classic tasting Midwest style IPA. Dank and vibrant Centennial, Chinook, Cascade hops; nice bready malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering.
