Keep Thinking is a juicy Single IPA that pours a glowing orange hue with a fluffy body and creamy finish. We recently collaborated with Coleman Hops to refine multiple post-harvest processes, enhancing the aromatics of some of our favorite lots. The resulting crop delivers vibrant notes of tangerine jam, fresh orange juice, grapefruit candy, and mango nectar.

Yeasty, very fruity with tons of zesty, spicy, big citrus. Very pale malts balance easily with we white bread/honey-like character. Good acidity on the end giving some balance.
Nice and dry with big cracker and mineral. Quite at odds with the nose, showing no big yeast character at all. Acidity is low-to-moderate but the dryness/cracker character works in its favor. Lots of deep, earthy, mineral-rich, fresh citrus. Even a touch of white grape, watermelon and juicy tropical fruit emerging on the finish as it warms. Incredibly drinkable.

Pours a hazy, orange-peach color, with big, lasting head. Aroma is quite vivid, with tropical fruit and citrus, a touch of bread. Flavors follow. Very soft mouthfeel. Mild level of hop bitterness in the finish.
