Blend of 1, 2 & 3 year old ex red wine barrel aged Lambics from several breweries, macerated on freshly picked elderflower blossoms and Timut pepper.

Related to Szechuan pepper, Timut is grown and harvested in the high mountains of Nepal.
It gives off a highly aroma reminiscent of all sorts of agrume fruits.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy orangish golden, thin off-white head. Aroma: Floral, spicy and fruity hints. Taste: Floral, some fruity elderberry and citrus hints, spicy / fruity peppery notes. Subtle funky and wood, some tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Moderate tartness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice.
