Catharsis #3 is the result of a final blend between Carthasis edition number 1 and number 2. The final blend is an Imperial Stout aged in peated Islay Whisky barrels for 14 months, with a black Sour fermented with raspberries aged at the same time in Rum barrels. and peated Islay Whisky barrels for 6 months.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, thin brown head. Aroma: Raspberry, Whisky, hints of peat and roasted malt. Taste: Well balanced mix of fruity raspberry, peated Whisky and roasted malt. Moderate to over moderate sour, moderate bitterness, light sweetness. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Well done!
