Bottle sample. hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of grain and honey. Taste is sweet, malty, plain.

Pour is a dark clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is biscuit malt and some definite honey. Flavor is thin and watery with dry pale malt and almost none of the honey in the aroma shows up. Just finishes kind of sweet but still thin. Not a winner.

Bottle. Sweet fruity honey malt aroma. Clear copper with a large ivory head. Light honey and bready malt flavor with a very light grassy finish. Light body, moderate carbonation. It is what it’s supposed to be, a light easy drinking blonde, and nothing offensive.

Pours nearly clear amber with a heavy, off-white head. Aroma is malty, bready, honeyed... Taste is soft, sweet malt, honey... A very slight bitter at the finish.... Decent.

Tap at absinthe house to go after chasing the green fairy. Pours golden with white foamy head. Tastes floral, bready, vanilla, light butter, earth, and some bitterness. Decent enough walking beer

A golden amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, a sweet grainy malt with light honey notes. In mouth, a sweet cloying boriing ale with grainy notes, grassy, honey, boring. On tap at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam, Oct. 22 2011.
