We will be the first to admit that the name 'skin contact ciderkin' is a bit of a mouthful but this drink doesn't seem to have existed before we created this batch so we thought as clear a description as possible was best!
So what on Earth is it?

Bright, bubbly and bursting with spring energy, we created this delicious fruity lower alcohol drink by allowing grape skins grown by natural wine producer Whinyard Rocks vineyard to steep in our just pressed foxwhelp apple juice for three days and three nights before sending the mixture through our press for a second time. Once the juice had been extracted, we rehydrated the pomace with water (apple and grape skin pulp) and then pressed it for a third time.

In short, it took ages and was a total faff to make but is absolutely delicious. There are only 75 bottles and Lydia is sorely tempted to reduce that number further!

Serving suggestion: Best drunk in the garden on a sunny spring afternoon, we like to drink this from flutes with a garnish of mint and a cube of ice.
