This blend is 30 percent experimental barleywine, 26 percent buckwheat base, 20 percent Honeypot, 10 percent Dark Matter, 10 percent Bombs, and 4 percent Blonde on Blonde. This version of the blend is aged for 21 months and 21 days in Parker Heritage Char Wheat Bourbon barrels.

500 ml bottle. #135/ 408. Aroma is bolder bourbon, soft brown sugar, mild toffee. Soft flavor of dark fruits, toffee, and oak. Char is low but here for sure. My least favorite of the three Death Stars in 2024.

Bottle shared with membership group (minus Clark--miss you buddy!). Dark cola brown, light sparkle, light viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong caramel, bourbon, mild dark fruit. Taste is strong bourbon, dark fruit, caramel. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.
