Bottom fermented Eisbock style specialty beer. The base beer was a traditional decocted bock. After the fermentation we freeze the bigger part of the water to achieve higher alcohol volume and increase taste intensity.

Bottle from brewery. Cola brown color with minimal beige head. Aroma of malt, raisins, candy, alcohol. Taste is very intense with dark malt, caramel, raisins, candies, dried plums, alcohol. Nice.

0.33l bottle, huge thanks Imro! Flat lighter cola brown with some amber there, no head. Alcohol, dust, raisins in a well balanced, non-aggresive aroma. Medium body, creamy caramel and raisins, dust oxidation, bit herbal, some alcohol carrying dried fruit and plum notes. Good stuff!
