We teamed up with the fine folks at Gamma Brewing Co. to create a nice crispy, bright & hoppy West Coast Pilsner. We used Saphir hops hotside for a touch of classic noble citrus & floral nuances, alongside Mosaic Dynaboost in the whirlpool for that dank berry notes. The dry hop was layered with Kohia Nelson, Mosaic & Idaho-7 Cryo further emphasizing the dank berry flavors, with passionfruit, pinapple and touches of grapefruit & orange. GOONGALA!

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden, mid sized head. Aroma of perars, grapes and spicy hay. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Spicy grain, hay amd dank citrus. Mid bitter finish.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, mediumsized white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, some grainy and mild earthy tones with a bit citrus to it. Flavour is similar, but also has a nice herbal touch to it. Mild lingering bitterness in the finish. Modern pils.

Can @ Kvickly, Middelfart. Pours cloudy Yellow with a White head. Herbal and grassy with a touch of Dark berries. Dry and crisp finish. Tasty.

Clear golden colour with small white head.Aroma of hops and pine nice crispy fresh taste with hint of grass and malt good note of herbs and fresh hops nice overall.
