C&C 750 mL bottle from Bruisin Ales shared at the DC Summer Saison & Sour Tasting, 7/12/14. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of pale malt, stone fruits, peppery funk, yeast. The taste is tart, bright citrus, pale malt, tropical fruits, apple skins, tart lactic notes. Thin-medium bodied, lingering spice.
