A single hop beer brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Ranches and their FWD program.

FWD was created as a two-way innovation channel, where products are trialed by the intended users (us the brewers) and feedback is collected and utilized (from YOU, the drinker), which safeguards the investment of farmer partners and provides brewers with tools to expand and evolve their products. Basically it's a hop research program and it's delicious and you get to try it before anyone else!

This FWD beer was dry hopped exclusively with a brand new, still unnamed hop, called HBC 1019. This is a promising new hop variety that throws a ton of peach notes with some other sweet fruit and citrus notes.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some peachy/tropical notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with peachy/tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with a nice take on a new hops strain.
