The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.
For April we wanted to put together a classic trio of Pacific North West hops: Citra Mosaic Simcoe. We also tweaked up the malt base to be a bit paler in color. The result is a delectable medley of dank citrus fruits smothered atop squeezed orange and some sneaky pineapple

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank citrus notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank citrus notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with dank citrus notes but lacking proper attenuation.
