Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.

For this version of Dora we decided we wanted to rotate through another new (to us) pale wheat from Europe, which we typically do not use in our IPAs.

Hopped exclusively with Citra, we taste huge pineapple, papaya and mixed citrus

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some papaya tropical notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some papaya/tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with dank papaya notes and good drinkability.
