Undated can drunk 4/28/26.
Rich, aromatic, fresh herb from the hops. Dainty honey from the malt. Nice balance with low acidity and a light fruitiness (melon, stone fruit, lemon). Clean and very aromatic.
Moderate malt up front (cracker, biscuit, light bread) with a big hop character that shows a fair bit of chalky dry hop and some strong acid. Malt has a good chew to it, but also exhibits a bit of sourdough-like notes which doesn't really work with the big dry hop charge. Still, the malt texture is lovely and it's just chalk full of complex hop flavors. Could stand a bit more snappiness on the finish, though.
The bar for pilsners has become ridiculously high, but that's a good thing.
