Le duo Centennial & Citra apporte des notes d’agrumes, de résine et une légère touche tropicale. En bouche, l’équilibre est maîtrisé entre amertume franche et finale sèche. Une bière de caractère, à la fois sombre et ultra aromatique.

440ml can from Labierotek, Dunkerque. Drunk by the harbour watching hundreds of jelly flesh swim, or at least move, by. Pitch black appearance, deep tan head. Excellent BIPA, prominent pine hop joining forces with the dark malt, teasing dark sweetness, good bitter edge, great balance, my kind of Black IPA.

Dark brown colour and tiny brownish head. Toasted fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Toasted, chocolate, juicy hops. Nice CDA. ZincFest26.
