This session IPA is brewed with Chinook, Columbus and Mosaic to form a base of citrus and soft bitterness. With the foundations in place, we dry hopped heavily with Idaho 7 and Nectaron to lay on the tropical and stone fruit flavours. Mango, passionfruit and citrus are immediately apparent.
