Not everything you hear is meant for everyone. My Third Ear is a 7.6% Cherry Sour tuned to a darker frequency...deep crimson in the glass, sharp on impact, and pulsing with layered intensity. Ripe cherries bleed into vivid acidity, dripping with sweet-and-sour tension. A flash of natural fruit sweetness pulls you in before the tart edge tightens its grip and refuses to let go. Lush texture, electric aroma, and a finish that hums long after the glass is empty. Juicy. Tangy. Slightly unhinged. Some flavours don’t whisper... they resonate somewhere deeper.

Draught Good pink head over deeper hazy red beer. Cherry nose, partly natural, partly perfumey, childrens' sweets. Tastes however like raspberry icecream. Again rather perfumey, cherry concentrate or -juice, rather than fruit. Hint of cherrystones all the same. Quite dry, fruitacids helping to thin. Adequate carbonation. Not bad... but Thom, here you might have gone further.

Clear deep ruby red beer, big aery irregular light pink head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of diacetyl, cherries, cherry flavoured candy, a bit malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, some yoghurt, eeeeh… MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, pretty bitter, dry, spicy touch, lots of sour cherries, bitter, a bit metallic. Aftertaste: tannins, earthy, cherries, some yoghurt, lemony, raspberry jam, more yoghurt, lactic acid, ok but not great.
