Can picked up in York Cathedral. Clear caramel with a medium head. Aroma of nutty malt. Flavour is earthy bitter, sharp malts on the back, lingering bitter finish.

Massively drinkable sauce. Sturdy bitterness, earth, leaves and grass. Modest toasted malt sweetness. Nips of yeast expression. Toasted grains, some husky bitterness. Background dried citrus peel. Punches above its weight class.
