Part of our malt exploration series, we've brewed the full spectrum of beer colour from the lightest to the darkest using Riverina grown Voyager Malts.
This old school style IPA is built on a blend of Atlas, Munich and Voodoo malts, giving the beer a deep orange hue and a slightly chewier malt backbone. The hops still do their thing, but now sit within a more rounded, integrated malt profile that adds depth without stealing the spotlight.

Can. Clear reddish amber with a cm of white head. Aroma of breadcrust, grapefruit, some stewed fruit. Although the malts are "a bit chewier", it's still fairly dry, so the hops - which have pine and pepper as well as citrus - pop nicely. Pretty good and again, quite interesting.
