Draft at the source. Clear deep golden amber color, thick off white head with solid lacing. Aroma of meaty burnt bread. Taste is more mellow, smoke is there, but not overwhelming.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep amber with an off-white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a nice light smokey note with some bread and slight sweet grains backing. Flavor has a light smooth smokiness with some sweet grains and a bit of earthy grains.

Draft - Light bacon and sweet nutty malts. Rich white head and a clear amber body. Light sour malts and bacony. Not nearly smoky enough.
