The Canadian Pils is our take on what we're calling a Canadian-Style Pils. Using malt from @m3malts, hops from Houblonnière Lupuline, and yeast from @escarpmentlabs, our goal was to create a Pilsner that toed the line of old school and new school. Classic and modern. Micro and macro. Flavourful and sharp.

Draft: Poured a clear golden yellow color pilsner with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light dry hoppy notes and faint residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some faint floral dry hoppy notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good pilsner with tad more residual sugar than I like.
