From bottle at Muted Horn, Berlin, 10.05.26 after the IAEA congress in Jena. Cloudy pale pear colour. Aroma and taste of sour apples, pears, cinnamon and vanilla. Dry and acid mouthfeel. Good.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2026-05 getrunken. Dieses trübe, goldgelbe Cider kommt mit herben Apfel-Aroma daher was von einer deutlichen Säure begleitet wurde, was wahrscheinlich durch die Weinfassreifung entstanden ist.
