Ziko is a light and easy-drinking Pale Ale with a clean malt backbone and a balanced hop profile. Aromas of citrus and subtle stone fruit are followed by mild bitterness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Brewed for maximum drinkability without losing character.
Pivo je proizvedeno korištenjem kombinacije baznih i specijalnih sladova: Vienna, Carapils, Munich I, Carared i pšenični slad. Sladna osnova daje lagano tijelo uz umjerenu punoću i stabilnu pjenu.
Hmeljni profil uključuje Sabro, Citra, Amarillo i Mosaic. Dodavanja su raspoređena tijekom kuhanja i whirlpoola, s naglaskom na aromu i umjerenu gorčinu.
Korišten je US-05 kvasac za čistu fermentaciju.

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy copper pour, two finger soapy white head, medium retention, good lacing on the glass. Ok on the nose, herbal and grassy notes, light pine, fruity notes in the background.
Light body, medium carbonation, lively. Average mouthfeel and texture, soft, lightweight, fizzy. Refreshing and easily drinkable. Balanced bittersweet taste. Herbal and grassy aroma, bready notes, pine, citrus. Malty notes in the background. Medium lasting finish, slightly dry, lasting bitterness.
Quite ok for the low ABV.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pomalo Zagreb. Darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and light herbal nose. Herbal, bready, light caramel and bitterish sweetish finish. Even not so watery for 3.0%

Pours clear golden color with one finger of frothy white head, solid retention. Fruity and herbal aroma. Tobacco & light citrus. Malty-grainy, bready, again herbal tobacco like flavor with low caramel and citrus note. Light body, medium carbonation, low bitterness, dryish finish.

Tap at Split Beer Fest. Lightly hazy full golden-amber body. Slightly malty, clean aroma, pineapple, herbal notes. Medium-light body, nice for 3%, bready maltiness, subdued citric, danky taste, mildly, bitterish. Good light beer!
