We jumped the chance to work with the brilliant team at Vault City. In Bakewell, we've decided to brew something rooted in our classic style - a crisp, clear west coast IPA. We agreed on using the experimental HBC522 from Yakima Chief, which tastes a lot like a classic american 'C' hop, bursting with orange, grapefruit and pine. To compliment this, we've added strata, for its huge layers of vibrant tropical fruit.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and lemon. Flavour of vine tomato and grapefruit. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. This is a very good west coast IPA.

Large tight white foamy head left a rocky creamy top on a clear pale amber coloured body.
Musty, herbal & bitter aroma.
Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a foamy sharp dry clean back.
Tropical, orange, herbal & grapefruit tastes with a bitterly hopped peppery finish.
Deece.

Tap at the wild swan Fetter Lane. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy fruits, peach, tangerine, peach melba, sweet orange. Flavour is composed of semi crisp ale malts, grassy citrus, pine tips, background tropicals, peach. Assertive hop bitterness, little muddled. Palate is semi crisp, light grainy, highish fine carbonation. Solid ipa. Lingering grassy bitterness.
